    • Although we are normally unable to refund the purchase of any made to customer specification Goods, we will try to accommodate your request to cancel the Contract if we receive your request before we have started to make the Goods. Any refund issued by us at that stage may be subject to deductions in order to cover any costs, charges and expenses incurred by us. If we do not receive your cancellation request before we have started to manufacture the Goods, we will not be able to issue any refund.
